The namesake and inspiration of Don Henley’s Sunset Grill. The first few times I heard this song, when I was in junior high, it struck me as mysterious, a slow ride into a future sunset of some kind. When I hear it now, it’s even more sublime, magnetic and massive in its tense, structured angst. Sunset Boulevard is like that.
